Promotion at PHD Industrial Holdings

PHD Industrial Holdings has promoted Peter Horton to Acquisitions Manager. Peter, who has been with PHD for two years, originally joined as an Acquisitions Executive.

His role focuses on helping to manage the deal origination pipeline and strategy by identifying potential acquisition targets. These acquisitions can be either trading platforms underneath PHD or as bolt-ons as part of one of its subsidiaries. Additionally, Peter assists the wider team in portfolio management by supporting the various subsidiary management teams on an ongoing basis.

Peter, who speaks Spanish, joined PHD from Mazars, having previously qualified as an ACA with Deloitte in Manchester. He has worked in Spain at K2 International, where he was responsible for marketing and business development.
